Need to monitor regional indexing across different markets

I’ve got separate pages targeting US, UK, and Australian traffic, and for some reason, my AU pages take forever to get indexed compared to the US versions. I’ve set hreflang tags and proper canonical structure, but I still don’t see consistent indexing across the board. I suspect Googlebot AU isn’t crawling these pages as fast. Is there any way to verify regional indexing status across versions?

Yes, you’re not imagining it — I had a SaaS site that targeted UK and CA markets and noticed that even with proper hreflang and sitemap setups, the regional versions were way behind. What helped was using this website that lets you check indexing status per Google country (like google.com.au, google.co.uk, etc.). You upload your URLs and it shows a matrix of results by region and index status. I found out that several UK-targeted URLs weren’t being indexed at all while the US ones were fine. I improved internal links between versions and manually pushed the UK ones again — got them indexed within 48 hours. The tool gave me a clear view of what was actually happening by region, which GSC can’t show.

Tapping into your song heardle recognition skills brings out a competitive yet playful side. I’ve surprised myself with how quickly I can name some tracks—and how often I blank on ones I thought I knew by heart!
