From what I’ve read, an ancestral healing course typically teaches you how to identify inherited emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, or unresolved traumas passed down through generations. These can manifest in our lives as fears, repetitive relationship issues, money blocks, or chronic emotional pain. By doing the healing work, we're not only freeing ourselves but also honoring and uplifting our lineage. Some trainings also include practices like: Ancestral vow curse removal – Releasing binding promises or curses taken by our ancestors that may be subconsciously affecting us. Ancestral oath removal – Undoing unconscious loyalty to ancestral suffering, poverty, or silence. The process seems to involve guided meditations, journaling, energy clearing, and sometimes rituals to honor the ancestors. I’ve even seen courses that integrate elements of family constellations, shamanic journeying, or past life work.
